Tobin was once a man living inNew York city 2032, he survived the Dark Origin attack on the city and later hid in a deserted bar, later when infected we're unleashed on the city infected get in the bar bite him turning himself into an infected, later when a cop called Matt and a woman called Susie enter the bar he tries to attack them hungry for their human flesh but Susie quickly shoots him dead.
