Nero Perez was living in New York city, he was attached to the police helicopter unit, as The virus broke-out all over the city, he and fellow police pilot fly over the city in a chopper and he soon becomes infected, he was probably bitten, he goes on to bite and eat his fellow pilot, as soon as the pilot gets attacked the chopper crashes killing them both.
