Kain was part of the Russian group sent to kill Scarlet, he was with fellow Russian soldier`s Glover and Adam, they were flying over Hill Nothing in their Helicopter shooting infected while in their chopper, soon the chopper lost controll and crashed in the town, he unlike Adam and Glover who survived he dies in the crash, his dead body was burned in the crash.
